What makes Supper Solutions different from other Meal Assembly franchisors?

Simply our dedication to our franchisees. Supper Solutions was formed by 2 passionate woman who wanted a way to help busy families get around the table again in a fast, effective, healthy way. That same level of passion motivated our drive into the franchising world. We loved our business so much and found that the model itself was very gratifying both financially and personally, we had to share the opportunity! We believe that each franchisee that comes aboard makes our system stronger and better, each bringing their own experiences and education to move Supper Solutions ahead of the rest. We work closely with teams of franchisees in everything from marketing to operations to human resources. Many franchisors are interested in the franchisees' gross sales because that is what royalties are collected from. At Supper Solutions we go further in making the kitchen's NET number even larger with each new roll out and throughout our on going training. Our customer is our franchisee!

What kind of experience do I need to franchise with Supper Solutions?

Meal assembly is the fastest growing concept in franchising. Why? Owners walk right into a turnkey operation that is not only fun but incredibly gratifying. Our team of franchises are changing the way busy people look at supper time. Our working environment is social, entertaining and rewarding. We believe that previous small business ownership and/or franchise experience is helpful in contributing to the success of our franchisees, however, at Supper Solutions, you will be provided all of the materials, tools and information available to hit the ground running. Strength in outstanding customer service is a must. No previous food experience is required.

Tell me about your franchise training.

Meat and Potatoes University is made up of a week long classroom training in conjunction with many more hours of hands on curriculum in our corporate kitchens. We provide on-site opening training. Our field staff is always traveling to kitchens and are dedicated to the success of each Supper Solutions kitchen.

How large are Supper Solutions territories?

A territory consists of approximately 50,000 households and is based solely on additional demographic figures analyzed with each area of interest. We require proximately two major highways and grocers as well as 3 mile radius density information.

What are the location requirements?

1600-2000 sq. ft with ample parking space, complying with the above requirements. Supper Solutions offers a real estate agent who is familiar with our brand and requirements to assist you with site location. Our staff will then review and approve said site.

What is my initial investment to open a Supper Solutions?

The initial investment historically is between $150,000-$175,000 which includes your franchise fee of $30,000 and marketing of your grand opening.
What is the marketing fund?

Supper Solutions requires a 5% of your gross income be spent in marketing for your success. In developed areas, we collect a marketing fund of 4% and require franchisees use the remaining 1% in "backyard marketing". Only certain areas are currently contributing to the marketing fund due to the growth of their specific metro areas. Outlying kitchens are required to spend all 5% themselves and report on expenditures quarterly.

What does the 5% royalty fee pay for?

Royalties are the ongoing monthly expense paid to Supper Solutions Franchising for the duration of your contract. Royalties allow franchisors to better support the franchise system with additional training, menu development, marketing opportunities and technology advancements.

How long does it take to open a Supper Solutions?

Once the franchise agreement is signed, the site location process varies as does the contractor location and permit process. The build out is a 4 week project. We generally see a 3-4 month time frame between signing and opening. Our planning team will provide you with a step by step manual on efficent opening and work side by side with you through the process.

Does Supper Solutions Franchising order my inventory?

No, each kitchen is responsible for the ordering of their inventory each week according to their volume of business and individual needs. Supper Solutions does provide an approved supplier list for each inventory item. Our ordering is done completely online and will be trained on thoroughly at Meat and Potatoes University.

Does Supper Solutions Franchising provide funding for franchisees?

No, we will provide you with suggested loan specialists that you may use at your discretion.
